Academic buildings within city centre university campus

O’Neill Associates advises York St John University on opportunities for development of its estate and in relation to upgrading its facilities.  The Practice has acted for the University to obtain various planning and listed building permissions for development on its city centre campus at Lord Mayor’s Walk, including obtaining permission for a flagship 3‐storey Teaching Building at the heart of the campus, as well as managing planning issues in relation to its off-campus student residences.

The Company also continues to promote the University’s interests as part of the Local Plan process, including securing the allocation of its redundant off-campus sport facilities for student housing and residential uses in the emerging Plan.
