On behalf of Kirklees District Council, O’Neill Associates led a design team in preparing a series of masterplan ‘options’ for the development of their municipal golf course at Bradley Park. The exercise was intended to support the proposed allocation of the site for housing in the Kirklees Local Plan.
The 60 hectare site was subsequently allocated for 1,500 new homes and detailed planning applications for the first phases of development are now being brought forward
