In May 2020, O’Neill Associates secured planning permission on behalf of Kier Construction/ York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust for a new flagship Vascular Imaging Unit (VIU) within a three storey (circa 3,055sqm) extension to York Teaching Hospital.
O’Neill Associates led negotiations with the Council at pre-application and application stage during 2019-2020. The Practice also prepared the design, planning and access statement and coordinated the planning application submission.
Tim Ross MRTPI made representations at York’s first virtual planning committee on behalf of the client leading to a successful outcome.
