Springfield Court, Harrogate

Harrogate Planning Committee approved the redevelopment of this brownfield site on the edge of the town centre for 26 residential apartments and associated car parking and landscaping.

O’Neill Associates submitted the planning application and were instrumental in negotiations with the Council, on behalf of the client Newby to secure a successful outcome.
