City of York Council have granted full planning consent for a self-storage facility and outline planning consent for industrial units at Monks Cross in York.
O’Neill Associates prepared the hybrid application and liaised with Council officers to resolve issues including ecology, visual impact and compatibility with nearby commercial and residential uses.
